Luffy uses an attack named 'Python', Luffy also uses an attack named 'Black Mamba'
Katakuri uses an attack named 'Zangiri Mochi'
At the end of the chapter, Luffy and Katakuri crash, Luffy uses a move named 'King Cobra'.
The whole chapter is only fighting with minimal dialogue
Chapter 895: Pirate Luffy VS Commander Katakuri.
Katakuri comments that Luffy looks a little different in his Snakeman form, and yeah he's a bit slimmer than normal Gear 4 And Luffy's like "Yeah, I'm much faster than before!" Katakuri who can't figure out how Luffy's able to hit him despite his dodging. It's because Luffy's using his new ability to bend his arms like a snake at different angles. This is called "Python".
Katakuri tries to move, but Luffy is able to even speed up his stretching. And he hits Katakuri with a "Jet Culverin". Katakuri turns his arm into a spiked mace and hits Luffy hard --this is "Zangiri Mochi" or "Cutting short mochi" Though the kanji is kinda like "slicing mochi".
They're trading blows for a while, and Luffy hits Katakuri with "Black Mamba. It's basically a high speed gatling.
"I'll make this easy and end it, straw hat!"
"No thanks!! Gum-gum..."
At this point they're both breathing hard, Clearly out of it. both of their attacks hit hard "Zangiri Mochi" and "King Cobra". There's a huge explosion, but the victor isn't clear.

Here's a proper summary from actually reading the chapter.
Chapter 893: "Charlotte Family 36th Daughter Flanpe".
Flashback to Rayleigh teaching Luffy to use the Observation Haki saying that it's essentially one's instincts amped up to a higher level. The ability to unconsciously sense things and react to them.
Flampe shoots a paralyzing needle at Luffy but he avoids it. He's fading in and out of consciousness --and every time he's unconscious his instincts or observation haki kicks in and saves him.
The underlings are trying not to be discovered by Katakuri, but Flampe is laughing at Luffy who's in her words "Wobbling around like a newborn deer". Katakuri finds out they're watching because she's dissing Luffy. He gets mad at Flampe. He realised Luffy's movements were weird, but he didn't know why, and upon finding out Flampe is there, he puts two and two together.
He says "As if I'd want a victory where I got help from you all sniping from the sides."
Flampe says she's the cutest and most sensible of Katakuri's little sisters, so she's the only one who truly gets him. But Katakuri stabs himself responds "A MAN'S FIGHT DOESN'T NEED BACKUP! TO LAUGH AT HIM IS THE SAME AS LAUGHING AT ME!"
She sees his mouth and face. They think Katakuri's face is the result of some curse. Flampe doesn't even believe he's her brother anymore and compares him to an eel which is what they used to call Katakuri as a kid. Flampe tells her underlings to take his picture so they can show it to everyone. She's mad he'd do something as disgusting as getting his blood on her.
Katakuri apologizes about the interference, and says a pirate's fight has no place for cowardly stuff like that. Katakuri has the Conquerors Haki and knocks everyone out.
Katakuri: "I won't....think of you as beneath me anymore".
Luffy: For real? Thanks...!! but I'm going to win!
And someone is watching their battle. It's the 33rd daughter Charlotte Furenpe, 15 years old. She’s also the chairman of Katakuri’s fan club.
She says that she will be the king of all sisters. She instructs her subordinates to attack Luffy but their attacks don’t connect.
Furenpe: “I don’t want to see my big brother struggling against an opponent like that. If my big brother isn’t perfect all the time, then I will be disillusioned!”
Subordinate: It’s not like he’s struggling, but the opponent is just too stubborn.
Luffy stands up each time Katakuri beats him down.
Katakuri foresees every move Luffy tries to make and plans accordingly.
Katakuri: This is how it feels like when all your attacks are foreseen.
Luffy calms down and remembers Rayleigh’s words.
Luffy nullifies Katakuri’s attack by hitting back exactly at the same as Katakuri attacks.
Although Luffy does it with low probability, Katakuri is shocked that Luffy was able to see the exact same future as him.
Katakuri: Stop standing up. We already know all about your plans!
Scene changes:
They finally finish the cake but Pudding mocks Sanji that it’s too late anyway.
Sanji: No matter what happens, I have to go there. Creating the perfect and cake and stopping Big Mom is what…
Mirror world:
Luffy: After defeating you, I have to come out from the mirror and this is what…
Luffy&Sanji: They’re trusting me to do!

Although they’re getting overwhelmed by Big mom, they still manage to hold her off. And at that moment, a ship that leaks the smell of a cake appears.
Chapter Title: Unknown Mama
A raging Daifuku summons a genie to attack Carrot.
Carrot quickly dodges it.
The fleet instead gets caught up in the genie attack and is half destroyed.
According to Jinbe, the Mink tribe can get their wildness nature awaken by looking at full moon and go into rampage mode.
But if they can't take good control of the power, they may fight overnight and exhaust themselves.
Hearing that, Brook runs over the sea by himself towards Daifuku's fleet to support Carrott.
It's been 8 hours since Big Mom's outburst and something abnormal has happened to her body.
Big Mom gets thinner little by little.
Following Big Mom's order, Napoleon recalls Prometheus and Zeus.
Sanji and Bege fight like cats and dogs on Bege's ship.
Bege insists that since the cake is for Big Mom to eat they should put poison and bombs in it.
Sanji doesn't like his own cooking to be interfered by others and lets Bege taste the cream on the cake.
Wrapped in happiness, Bege faints.
Daifuku's fleet is unsteerable due to the battle between the genie and Carrot.
Carrot becomes dizzy and slumps because of the fatigue accumulated by fighting in Sulong form continuously and Brook comes to the rescue.
Brook wonders how she gets back to normal and her answer is that she can transform back by covering her eyes.
Zeus and Prometheus joins Big Mom.
Prometheus lodges in Big Mom's hair.
Holding Napoleon's sword on one hand and with her hair blazing brightly (due to Prometheus on it), Big Mom jumps on Zeus and raids the Sunny.
Everybody is dumbfounded.
"Be prepared to abandon the ship!" shouts Jinbe.
